Fees
Payments can be made in US $ using any major credit card (if paying using PayPal, additional fees apply) , or you can make payment in India in Rs. using wire transfer or check payment to our India office.
Our fees do not cover any expenses incurred, including (but not limited to) property tax, property maintenance, registration charges, lawyer fees, notary and other expenses.

| Rent Property |
We charge a one time fee equivalent to 1 month rent (or
Rs.10,000, whichever is higher).
Note: A non-refundable advance fee of Rs. 5000 or US $100 (if paying using PayPal, additional fees apply) needs to be paid before we can start the work. |
e.g. If expected monthly rent is Rs. 8,000 per month, our one time fee is Rs.

| Maintain Property (if rented out) | We charge a month-to-month fee equivalent to 15% of monthly gross rent of your property for the duration of the agreement. |
e.g. If rent is Rs. 10,000 per month, we charge you 15% of Rs.10,000 = Rs. 1500

| Maintain Property (if not rented out) | We charge a month-to-month fee of Rs.800 for the duration of the agreement. |
Our fee covers assisting in payment of property taxes, society dues, electricity

| Buy/Sell Property | We charge a one time fee equivalent to 1% of value at which your property gets bought/sold. |
e.g. If property is bought/sold for Rs. 25,00,000, our one time fee is Rs.
